We would like to thank you for your interest in our organization, Dad’s Club Inc. was established in 2005 with the help and support of founding members who believed that it is our duty as men to engage in our children’s lives in every capacity possible. We are excited about our past achievements, present endeavors, but most of all our future opportunities.

 

 There are several reasons in which we have decided to pursue the goals which we have set for ourselves as an organization, however, the most important factor which fuels our efforts are the kids. Dad’s Club Inc. is a minority, multi-cultural organization. It is the belief of Dad’s Club Inc. that if you have a father/father figure active and participating in the life of a child, that young person has a good chance of thriving academically, socially, spiritually and economically.  Since our initial inception, the goals of Dad’s Club Inc. (D.C.I.) have remained as such: 

 

• To encourage and empower Fathers to participate in the child’s life at their educational institution of learning, by starting a Dad’s Club Inc. chapter at each school.

 

• Develop programs which will strengthen the bond between a father and his children, Support the family structure (traditional/non-traditional) which empowers the father to remain involved in the child’s life. 

•  

• Promote family oriented events, which places the father in a supportive and impactful role as an active participant in the public, private and charter school arena, it is important for our organization to “lay the foundation” for our future leaders of tomorrow. 

 

•  Dad’s Club Inc. has taken an active role in various aspects within our children’s schools.developing such programs as the “15 minutes of fame”, our fathers now have an opportunity to participate in areas such as: hallway and lunchroom monitoring / Tutorial/Mentoring /Field Trip and after school assistance / Traffic Patrol / Father Daughter Dinner Dance / Father Son camping trips   If you have any further interest in supporting the efforts and goals of Dad’s Club Inc., please feel free to donate now.
